Returns + Exchanges

 

Holiday Purchases (purchases made from 11/21-12/24):

For purchases made online or in store from 11/21-12/24/2017 Pepper Place Design will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for store merchandise or credit through 1/12/2018.

Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by invoice number and/or original purchaser's name and purchase date (so we can look up the original purchase amount).

Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Online Purchases:

Pepper Place Design gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days or exchange within 21 days of the date the item was received (based on tracking info). Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original order number or invoice. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or store credit once the original item is received back to our warehouse.

Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by invoice number and/or original purchaser's name and purchase date.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

In Store Purchases:

Pepper Place Design gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in store for full refund within 7 days or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt purchase date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or store credit.

Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by invoice number and/or original purchaser's name and purchase date.


All monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all custom, vintage and items that have been altered are final sale.
